VooDoo Cycles' warranty coverage extends for two years on frames and rigid forks from the original time of purchase for the original retail purchaser.
VooDoo Cycles warrants to the original retail purchaser of a frame, that the product, for which they received this warranty, is free of defects in workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of retail purchase.
Warranty coverage for front suspension forks, rear shocks and components, will be covered by the warranty stated by their original manufacturers (see specific manufacturers warranty for details).
VooDoo Cycles likewise warrants all original VooDoo branded parts for one year from the date of retail purchase.
a) Any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance or assembly, modifications to original specification, shipping, accidents, or failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual.
b) Any activities which include but are not limited to, use of a bicycle for commercial activities or in any competitive event, use of bicycle for stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics.
c) Any incidental or consequential damages.
d) Labor charges for parts replacement, change-overs or incidental costs such as transportation to and from an authorized dealer for repair or replacement of any defective part, or shipping related charges due to a warranty.
VooDoo Cycles does not authorize or permit anyone else, including its dealers, to make any other warranties, expressed or implied, for VooDoo Cycles. It is VooDoo Cycles' sole obligation under this warranty to repair or replace the product, at VooDoo Cycles' discretion.
Original proof of purchase from an authorized VooDoo Dealer must accompany all warranty claims, or they will be refused. Warrany is only valid when the VooDoo frame or complete bike is purchased from an Authorized VooDoo Dealer. VooDoo does not honor the warranty for any frame sold on eBay.
To make a warranty claim, please contact the original seller of the frame or an authorized VooDoo Dealer or VooDoo Distributor. A link to our distributor listing is at the top of this page. If no dealers or distributors are available contact VooDoo at info@voodoocycles.net. Please include the following in the email: sales receipt, size, serial number located under the bottom bracket, and clear digital photos of the issue.

If your VooDoo frameset ever fails in such a way that warranty is denied, you may still eligible for VooDoo's crash replacement program through the VooDoo Distributor in your country. This program is designed to provide a low cost frame replacement when a frame failure is determined to be caused by accident, crash, abuse or any other non-standard use.
