double win for DC presented by Voo Doo

Big Tex and I took advantage of the new bike phenomena this weekend and racked up a pair of wins. It started Saturday on a mountain bike friendly course. Jason read my mind, and blocked for me while I got away on some single track, then pulling the same move, but without the blocker, only to have it quashed by some extremely tall barriers who decided he should say hello to Mister Ground. He still got up, dusted hisself off, and finished third. Saturday's results are here. Sunday wasn't technical enough for either of us to get away, but Jason quashed any hopes anyone else in the lead group of 4 had of winning when he put his foot down and right in the junk of our competitors, taking the lead just before the last barrier, and not giving it up. I managed to pull a Lance, and finish 4th...out of the lead 4. Sunday's results are here.
